Lone Star Transactions

FAQ'S

Our Team

What exactly does a Transaction Coordinator do?

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) manages all the administrative tasks involved in a real estate transaction from contract to close. This includes document preparation, deadline tracking, communication with all parties (agents, lenders, title companies, clients), and ensuring compliance with Texas real estate regulations. We free up agents to focus on sales and client relationships.

What areas of Texas do you serve?

We provide virtual transaction coordination services across the entire state of Texas. As long as you are a Texas Realtor, we can support your transactions, regardless of your specific market.

Billing

When do you charge for your services?

We operate on a ‘no close, no fee’ basis. Our fees are typically paid at closing, directly from the commission, ensuring you only pay us when your deal successfully funds. This aligns our success with yours.

Availability

Do you work weekends and holidays?

Yes, Lonestar Transactions is available 7 days a week, from 8 AM to 8 PM CST, including most holidays. We understand that real estate transactions don’t adhere to a 9-to-5 schedule, and we’re here to support you when you need us most.

How fast is your turnaround time for tasks?

We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times. Most requests are handled within 24 hours, and urgent items are prioritized for immediate action. Our goal is to keep your transactions moving smoothly and efficiently.

What is the process for getting started with Lonestar Transactions?

It’s simple! First, choose the service that fits your needs. Then, fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’ll send you our onboarding forms and request the necessary transaction details. Once we have everything, you can relax while we handle the coordination.

What types of documents do you handle?
